Sponsored Research Agreements
Sponsored Research Agreements define a scope of work carried out solely by Boise State (possibly with subcontractors) and provides the sponsor access to resulting intellectual property and research data within the project scope and term.
Collaborative Research Agreements
Collaborative Research Agreements define a scope of work carried out by both the industry sponsor and Boise State. Generally the scope of work outlines research activities to be accomplished by both parties with an exchange of materials or data within the project scope and term.
Lab and Equipment Use
Facilities Use Agreements define a scope of work carried out solely by the sponsor in Boise State lab facilities within the project scope and term.
Service Agreements define a scope of work carried out solely by Boise State within the project scope and term.
