Materials Science Roadmap and Capabilities Meeting

Welcome to the CAES Materials Science Roadmap and Capabilities Meeting hosted by Boise State

Dates: Monday, August 27th-Tuesday, August 28st, 2018
Location: Boise State University, Boise, ID

This is the first of a series of on-campus gatherings to enable the CAES and affiliated scientists to get to know the collective capabilities of the labs at the CAES partner universities.  At this one and a half day event, you will get an up close and personal understanding of work currently underway as well as the strategic directions of the materials laboratories at Boise State. You will also get a chance to provide direction to our road maps as well as network with other scientists that could lead to your next collaboration. Lastly, you will get a chance to learn more about the Center for Advanced Energy Studies. Stay tuned for more information on this event as well as future events at other CAES universities!

Travel Reimbursement

If you would like CAES to pay for travel, you must submit a Non-Employee Travel Authorization form to Sarah Roberts at sarah.roberts@inl.gov.

There are no fees to attend this meeting. For planning purposes, please register so we can welcome all guests appropriately. Thank you.

Conference Agenda

Please take a look at the Conference Agenda. The working meetings will be held at the Alumni & Friends Center (AFC) on Monday August 27th and the Student Union Building (SUB) on Tuesday August 28th. Please use the Boise State Interactive Map to find your way on campus.

We will be providing parking for non Boise State employees attending the meeting. More information will be sent prior to the meeting.
