The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) is responsible for administration of intellectual property on behalf of the University and interacting with industry partners interested in research and licensing of intellectual property owned by Boise State University. OTT functions include the evaluation of inventions, licensing of intellectual property, monitoring of licenses and other intellectual property agreements, distribution of resulting income, and provision of support to other University units in copyright, trademark, and research funding agreements.
